   RELEASE NOTE :

   1. What included in this release
   
   - Help Update 2 for CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 ( Feb 08 update )
   - December 2007 Update for CodeGear RAD Studio 2007, 
   	 Delphi 2007 for Win32, and C++Builder 2007
   - original SP3 dbs.exe and dcc32.exe
   - December 2007 version of dcc32.exe
   
   2. Why ?
   
   First of all, we like all those CodeGear releases from other groups,
   unfortunately they should be normaly nuked, why ? :
   
   CODEGEAR.RAD.STUDIO.DELPHI.V2007.SP3-MAGNiTUDE
   CODEGEAR_RAD_STUDIO_DELPHI_V2007_SP3-LND
   
   Gr8 rls's, unfortunately the serial number seems to be trial serial,
   after the installation the dcc32.exe is a trial version :
   
   C:\Program Files\CodeGear\RAD Studio\5.0\bin>dcc32.exe
   Command line tools are not supported in the trial version.

   hmm, something goes wrong during iso creation and unfortunately
   the December 2007 update isn't included in this iso, 
   and of course dcc32.exe is still trial version.
   
   
   Who cares about not cracked/regged command line compiler...?
   We do, so that's why we have included the SP3 and Dec07 
   versions of dcc32.exe in this release.
   
  
   INSTALL NOTE :
   
   1. unzip
   
   2. copy included bds.exe ( SP3 version ! ) into the application
      directory, the setup will fails if you have cracked version there.
   
   3. copy dcc32.exe ( SP3 version ! ) into the application directory,
      this file shoudl be updated to new one, but depends on what serial
      you have used it can be still replaced by the Dec 07 trial version
      of dcc32.exe, so we have included the DEc 07 version for you.
      
   4. run RADStudioDec2007setup.exe
   
   5. optional run the Help_Setup.exe /upgrade, this is the "Help Update 2"
      for CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 ( Feb 08 update )
      
   6. run the patch.exe ... thats all.
      
      
   Btw, the RADStudioDec2007setup.exe need in some case hours !!! so read
   the http://dn.codegear.com/article/37442/
